Any materials, designs, or documentation provided by us remain the intellectual property of Level Up Builders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without our prior written consent.

6. Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to complete the project according to the agreed-upon specifications and timeline. However, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay any outstanding fees or charges for services rendered up to the termination date.
